FAQ
What is your shipping policy?
We ship with Australia Post Express postage. To avoid long periods in uncontrolled conditions we do not ship on Fridays, or weekends. When sending orders we take every possible measure to try to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, however, we can not take responsibility for heat damaged product. In warmer weather we post orders with ice packs and insulation but this can not stand up to long periods in high temperatures. Due to the sensitive nature of Wawa's product, during extremely hot weather conditions we will hold onto your order and contact you to let you know when it will be sent. If you live in a hot climate please consider carefully the time of year you are ordering and how long mail takes to arrive to you. You know your local conditions better than we do! Where possible make the delivery address somewhere that means your parcel will not be left on a hot doorstep or in a letter box. We do not ship to parcel lockers.
DOMESTIC

We will do our best to get it to you asap.

Hell to the no.
Are you a 'Bean to Bar' chocolatier?
No. We work with master bean to bar producers, Valrhona, who are based in Tain L’Hermitage, France. The incredible result of working with such experienced chocolate makers has gone a long way towards making Wawa Chocolatier's products so desirable to the Australian market. It's simply the best.
Who designs your packaging?
Melbourne based textile designer, Assembly Design, is the beautiful brains behind the patterns on our wrappers. We print on 100% recycled paper using with the help of Australian printers, Environmental Printing.
